Fantastic Four 22 / October 8, 1963
Recently repurchased from The Deep out of Huntsville, Alabama. Unlike my previous copy, this is a superior copy that I can read.
One thing I didn't know about this issue is this is the first time that the Thing says, 'It's clobberin' time!'
Also, the first appearance of the Moloids, who act as minions to Moleman.
@BenjaminSpider i'm trying to remember when I saw the first sympathetic portrayal of the Mole Man. I mean, think about it, for all that he's a villain to the upper world, he's a hero to the Moloids. He must have given them a reason to follow him. The Moloids are sentient beings with rights, too. I bet Harvey Elder is the only one who ever recognized that fact.
@BenjaminSpider I'm betting Dan Slott wrote it. He's good at that kind of thing.

@BenjaminSpider FF22 was most certainly Stan n Jack. It's been a while since I've read that one but i don't remember it being overly sympathetic to Mole Man or his minions. I'm thinking of a later story but can't place exactly when i read it. I'm guessing early 00s, which is why i thought of DanSlott
