EVACUATIONS IN PROGRESS
Emergency Management Officials declared a State of Emergency in Manatee Co for fear of imminent collapse at a Phosphate plant.
This could release a rush of polluted water into the surrounding areas, and also Tampa Bay.
Crews attempting to shore up 480 Million Gallons were having a difficult time.
Area homes are being evacuated and theHighway Patrol is closing off highways to those areas.

316 Homes around the Piney Point Reservoir aware are under evacuation order.
