Today may be just as an emotional day as yesterday. As I found out for myself, no matter how strong you think you are, it will affect you. And, it's OK to feel whatever that is that it makes you feel.

If you feel like crying....cry. If you feel like screaming....scream. If you feel like praying...pray.

Whatever you do, don't hold it in. Reach out here or to someone in your private life. Just feel it, let it out. Much love 💜

^^^Remember to also take a break today. Take a walk, take a drive or make a phone call to a friend. I've also found that doing one thing for someone else takes the focus off of myself and makes me feel a lot better.
