@Gerry That's not exactly what the man said. What he said was that our culture is judeo christian (not quite correct), and that because of this, we would instruct an AI to follow a moral compass similar to our own.

I find what he actually said troubling enough without further editorializing and catastrophizing it.

Lies are the tool of our enemy, and we should avoid using them and becoming like the enemy and joining their side without knowing.
