Our homeowners insurance is held in the #escrow account of our house payment. Because insurance went up, our house payment went up nearly $300 a month. I expected an increase, but damn. I don’t think we’ve EVER had a claim.

Previous CEO Michael Tipsord got $24.5 million cash payout last year, which includes his salary of $2.4 mil. That extra 22.1 million was a “bonus.”
