@LnzyHou I h ave to fight with myself to make me give up the jars. I like glass bottles, too.
It's a frequent fight, but I just don't have room for all that.
There has been a vintage glass bottle with porcelain wire cap in the Free Room for weeks.
You know I want it. But where will it live? What would I do with it?
Learning to like without owning, I visit it downstairs.
And smile.
@GeezerWench Oh God same. Except not just jars. I have boxes that I can't throw out. Chocolate boxes with pretty foil. Little trinket boxes. Metal boxes with lids. Things to put things in and currently they're empty but you never know. Cardboard boxes. If I go to a garage sale and see a box that looks like it might be good to put something in, I buy it. And then I never put anything in it. 😄
@nonayadambidnes I have to fight with myself, quite often, to just NOT KEEP jars, bottles, and boxes. I like boxes, as well.
There just isn't room in the house for all that.
