@dz that woman isn't mentally ill. She is a dramallama. She was trying to harass a black woman minding her own business thinking she could get away with it until she noticed the victim was filming her. Then she tried to turn into a victim. She was a victim alright, a victim of her own racism. The starting of the recording shows her slapping the black woman and smiling about it, til she saw she was being filmed. Black people absolutely have to film any and all interactions with white people.
have you seen the start of that interaction? It is not on the gofundme page as of a few minutes ago, its video starts with hysteria already manifest.
But what the meltdown women said, even more that she is threatening me, was "she is filming me make her stop". At one point she curls into a ball. I see that & the hysteria as a phobic reaction, or severe social anxiety.
I see the viral outrage on this as exploitation of mentally ill persons, for clicks & their payoff.

Sure. And it's wrong, if she did that.
But from the evidence presented in the gofundme, there's no restorative justice possible in this.

I watched this, from filmer.
Video start with the mentally ill woman lunging towards the filmer, seeming to be reaching for the camera phone. (So far, all that I could find about what happened before were verbal accounts.) The MI woman made an expression I see as a prinate fear grimace, as she curled up on the ground. She seemed angry/afraid, not happy or relaxed. I heard the filmer narrating situation the situation, describing the woman in 3rd person.
We perceive it differently.
I think both women have issues, & I think the outrage storm is exploitation of mentally ill persons.

Global coverage, for a meltdown (& assault?/chase) by a clearly mentally ill woman. However, I am dubious about the mental status of the accuser/filmer as well, as she doxed the mentally ill woman & states in her gofundme that
"I have been wronged [by] [doxed mentally ill woman, location] Mall security,... Police Department, and most of all humanity."
Shamefully, media outlets are seizing on this click bait & irrevocabbly changing both lives.
