@Gambit_1 I hope they lose so badly that it ends up creating a precedent that actually *strengthens* the non-compete ban.

Non-competes should never, ever have been legal in the first place. They fly in the face of basically every capitalist economic theory out there, for one. They are BAD in every sense of the word; very bad for worker rights & very bad for the economy.

If you're gonna do capitalism (and to be clear, I don't think we should) at least do it properly, 'mkay?

@IrelandTorin I couldn't agree more. Here is CA they've been illegal for a while and we keep reinforcing our protections against then. Turns out, business and technology have not suffered, but employers have been stopped from forcing employees to stay at shitty jobs because they can't go anywhere else.
