DC Federal Appeals Court has finally ruled that Donald Trump is NOT immune from prosecution for actions he took while he was president. It was a *unanimous* rejection. Huge loss for Trump, but amazing news for accountability & the rule of law.#AssWaffle #j6

@Jezibaba I wish we didn’t live in a country where this decision was so uncertain. With that said, it makes me feel a little better that we still aren’t completely over the edge.

So what took DC Cir so long? They opted, probably from the start, to make it per curiam - basically one voice. That gives it even added force .And that might have required extensive compromising negotiation to get it just right.
