@XaoslordErie All my life! It started early with my mom and her oldest brother being such big fans. We lived about 2 hours away and still went to a game or two each summer. Now my husband and I live here in the STL area and we’ve gotten to go regularly over the years (most of the time with my parents). We haven’t gotten to go since before the pandemic, though. Go Cards!!

I am from the east originally but became a Cards fan as a boy; now, I live in New Mexico and am the closest I am likely to get to Busch, so I plan to go see a game next season, if all goes well. Was nice to see Goldy and Arenado pick up Silver Sluggers this year, too. 5th award for both, and their first as Cardinals. Pretty cool. Not gonna lie, though - gonna miss Yadi. Best defensive catcher since Johnny Bench. Great guy, too.

@XaoslordErie Yeah, that was great for all of them. I so wish that we could’ve gone all the way and won the series this year so Yadi and Albert could’ve had that in their last seasons, but it was still a great run for them regardless. I hope Waino stays healthy and gets his 200 wins and then some in his final season next year. 👍🏼

@GEAUXJayna I'd like to see Adam have a really good season before he hangs it up, too. I'm hearing Mozeliak is looking at Willson Contreras as a possible Yadi replacement. Could be interesting. I go back to the mid-'60s with this team, so I've been lucky enough to see some great ones play, both in StL and in MLB overall. Brock and Gibson remain the guys I admire most, but I think Yadi will join that list, too, as will Wainwright when he is done.
