Last comfy morning before the heat returns.
@yogapaddlerun NC has one more day of oppressive heat before we get a little break. Those upper 80's temps in the forecast are exciting.
@Foxthorn We had one morning with a low of 59F…it was glorious.
@yogapaddlerun On the one hand I am extremely jealous as our lows aren't dropping below 70. On the other hand...I don't do snow so I'm probably never going any further north than my current location.
@Foxthorn Snow I can handle, temps above 90F are not my thing.
Used to be we rarely got above 90F…
@yogapaddlerun Climate change happens whether people believe in it or not. We actually used to get a more snow here than we do now (so I'm told, I'm not from here and have lived here only about 5 years). Weirdly, I've also experienced more hurricanes here than I did when I was living on the Texas coast. All in all we tend to get a little bit of every thing and none of it for too long so I can live with that happy medium. But the heat has been brutal this year.
