The cat was taken in by the staff of a pet supply shop. Phoenix was treated. He hasn't gone blind or deaf, he's doing fine.

A detainee @ Camden County jail in Georgia was brutally attacked on surveillance video by multiple guards. The video depicts the man being alone in his cell prior to 3 guards rushing in. We watched the video and see the man holding a packaged sandwich. 1 officer then grabs the man by the neck, while 5 officers then come into view. The same officer who grabbed the man by his neck, then slammed him to the wall, where another officer starts punching the detainee.
