I just want to put out a winter warning to folk.

A few weeks back, I ended up being taken to the hospital with hypothermia. I honestly didn't even realise it was THAT cold.

Due to the tripling in energy bills here and the planned powercuts in the UK, beginning in January, I urge EVERYONE to plan ahead and to BE CAREFUL.

I have advanced cancer and have lost a lot of body fat and so get colder than usual, PLEASE try to stay safe and, if you feel unnaturally cold, PLEASE call 999.
