@MrsDanaD It’s often the bigger accounts who seem to expect special or different treatment. It's incredibly disappointing to see folk you previously admired behave in that way. It's a though they're saying how lucky we are to have them here. Which just feels a bit 'off' and isn't really how it works here. Just my opinion though.
