Serious question... what would others do about a person here who seems to be in mental health crisis but doesn't engage? I guess there's nothing really, but I feel bad just scrolling by.

@Florence Talk to them, ask a few questions... if they don't respond and aren't willing to share just let them know you're there if they need someone to talk to. That's what I do. 🤔 It's tough because not everyone in mental health crisis will open up to someone, especially someone they consider a stranger.

@Florence Then it's probably best to leave it be, let them try and handle it themselves. 🤷‍♂️ If you think it's more serious than that, then the next step is probably to report it to J. But normally here when I'm having issues and post about them, so many people offer help it's overwhelming.

@Brisse This appears to be a psychosis of some type and I'm just concerned for them. It's hard to reach out if you don't realise you have a problem - which people in these moments or situations, often do not.

@Florence Mhmm... I've been working with NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) for over 10 years. Like I said, if you think it's a serious matter report it to J.
