It's abnormal hot in PR this week. 95 F, but humidity bringing the "Feels Like" temp to as much as 125 F. Warmer than normal waters and stalled atmospheric heat dome making a double whammy. Small percentage here have air conditioning and the electric grid is unreliable for those that do. Power Co. LUMA says, reduce your electric usage. Riiight.

Remodel/renovation this week on my Casita - bought it 5-6 years ago with intent to do this, but had a succession of friends needing housing, so have rented it out since. It's needed a lot of work, particularly downstairs. But it's got good bones. Today I will spend on a skid steer reconfiguring the backyard and moving 6-8 inches that have accumulated against the house because of the slope out back. And building ~100 ft of fence.
