Alright. 1am. I'm packed and the house is shut down for the next 3-6 weeks or a so. At 5am I'm headed back to Colorado to do some work on my house, and figure out what I'm doing with my rental house around the corner. Have to finish remodel, then rent, sell, or move in myself. I will only sell to owner occupied, never a REIT. I've thought I'd put a permanent covenant on it to that effect.

Today I'm taking care of chickens and piggies while my friends are out of town. This girl is sitting on a dozen eggs...half hers, and half snuck under her from other hens that won't sit. All the eggs are beautiful pastels, and delicious! Note: #Bacon seeds in lower photo.

Coffee in progress, then off to hang a big chandelier from a skylight in a stairwell "tower" for a friend. Gotta get on the roof B4 it's too hot, and the rain starts, it's slick when it's wet. Also, they're letting me store my sailboat at their hacienda while I'm gone for several weeks.

To get coffee, pull flat trailer tire to take to get fixed, hardware store for some elec parts, stop at friends for coffee, they're not home, steal coffee now back home to brew.
