Thanks for the advice on no anti histamines and other things from several of you, yeah I'm an old guy that doesn't like to take many drugs outside of ibuprofen, maybe a little weed ;^), but mostly bull through this kind of thing with fluids and sleep.

Here's today's new friend, Dayton. Marine vet says he was a cook. Stroke, bad leg, hip, and spine. He's got about 4 more weeks living on the floor in an apartment with somebody else then back to the street. I didn't have my usual food bag so I ran back by the house and picked up a buffalo blanket and a pillow. I'll check in on him in a week or so. Gets $820 a month disability. And whatever he can scrounge from flying a sign.

I have substituted Solstivus on the solstice for my holiday. Well home from my Sunday yoga and coffee and light breakfast with friends wandering out amongst the shopping and Christmas, and realize again I do not holiday well. I want nothing and I give nothing as presents to people who already have too much stuff, but I make up my bum bags; food, toothbrush, etc. for our Urban outdoorsmen/women who fly cardboard signs on the corners, doing for for the least of them. Respectfully, the rest of you can...go take care of yourself.
