Looking for snacks/what to make for dinner. Pulled out a ziploc w/a pot muffin a friend made. I've taken two or three bites out of it, trying to find the dosage over the last week. I took the last bite and discovered the bottom was all gooey wonderful berries and sugary things so woofed it down. I'll probably be pretty high in a bit. That's probably where all the goodies are.
It was a 60° day so I counted on going for a ride in the sunshine since my bike's been parked away during the snow. I'd gotten a new battery, went to install it, dropped a couple of washers lost 4ever. It took some time to accomplish the task. The shed gate led out onto a North shelter snow/ice so I had to zoom out through that, then got about an hour of tooling around and stopping for a beer and now I'm back. It was a good ride. It was a short ride. It was a cold ride after sunset. I loved it.
The Puerto Rican population is poor and graying due to young job seekers heading to the mainland. There is little infrastructure to care for those who remain. The largest part of disaster relief $$ from Maria and other allocated help has never been disbursed. Over 65 age neighbors help the truly elderly abandonados. Else, little.
