Today I get my coffee from a brand new coffee press. ☕ I broke mine a while ago and haven't been able to find one affordable until yesterday. I've been using basket filters in a common funnel for a long time now.

First sip: Oh, I missed the silty fullness of a cup of freshly pressed black #coffee.

Well, I thought we'd skirt this storm 🌨️ last night. Maybe an inch expected. Apparently in the early a.m. it dumped several inches to a foot around town. Looks like I have four to six inches around the house, with more on the way this morning.🧤🧣🥶

Tarpaper laid yesterday, roll roofing and sealing the joints and edges with Henry's today. Cool yesterday and today and wet/snow coming this afternoon. I should get it done just under the wire.

Going to put the kettle on now for #coffee.

Another cuppa #coffee☕ before returning to my reroof project. Sunroof leaked and rotted out the joists, so leaving it off this time. Have to replace one more sheet on the "okay" side this morning, then underlayment paper and roll roofing, finish up with Henry's. Hopefully get it all done before it gets nasty late this afternoon or tomorrow.

Good morning all get your #coffee and start the day. Yesterday I pulled baseboards for a friend who's having LVP installed because the very nice tile in her kitchen makes her feet and legs hurt. She knows I could have installed it but went to Costco and had a bid/ quote prepared. I reviewed it and I'm just incensed and about to go to Costco and kneecap somebody. They're taking advantage of a 72-year-old lady who has no idea. Made her pay all up front. Wouldn't commit in writing to hauling away.

Good Saturday morning all. 🌞 I just got my second cup of #coffee down and need to motivate to go downstairs and clean to set up for guests arriving this afternoon. Beds, bath, counters floors. Sheets and towels were done yesterday.

Afterward I *really* need to go re-roof my shed. Winds blew 1/3 of the roll roofing off months ago and I just noticed a couple weeks ago.
