@mcfate Cannon has "kicked the can down the road" giving Tre45on another delay he needs. Ultimately, the voters will decide unequivocally in November, but what remains is that the US Supremes, the Dept of Justice, and much of the District Courts have been made impotent by the Republicans.
She literally just denied his motion to dismiss. She hasn't given him shit so far.
There are multiple other trials going on. But, sure, let's go straight to an execution for a crime that no one's been executed for for the better part of a century.

@mcfate If you are truly thinking Cannon's ruling is not helping Tre45on, than perhaps you have some legal training or insight I do not have or understand. Cannon has a track record so far of doing Captain Anti-America's bidding, and has managed to be, to this date, the only person in all these cases The Indictable Blight Mess of a Being *hasn't* criticized, belittled, or called names. What's happened in GA is another example of impotence. We have all seen what Tre45on has said and done...

Did you miss Cannon refusing to dismiss the case? Did you miss her refusing to delay at least three deadlines, going back to last September, as Trump wanted?
