@LiberalEffects There is a great book about J. Robert Oppneheimer - "American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer," by Kai Bird and Martin Sherwin. In it they detail how persecuted he was because of mistrust of his intellect, and a contrived concern he would turn and sell US nuke secrets to the "Reds." Spot on.
