They were wet, caked in mud, hypothermic, and very dehydrated. Guessing mom hasn’t been back to their den in days and they wandered out to find her
A bath, some stuff to deal with the fleas, and tummies full of kitten formula; and they’re up and moving and healthy
If I can’t find a rescue nearby that does wild animals, I’ll just keep minimal contact so they can be released once they’re big enough

@FayreLylith I’ll contact a zoo or any wildlife rescue I can find in the region before I contact LE. Frankly don’t trust them and all the shelters they work with here are kill shelters
