In the age of rage and outrage, it’s more difficult to find the peace and the calm. Whether it’s in real life or online, just remember, we make that experience for ourselves. No one else has the levity to destroy or prevent us from achieving our own peace & calm. We have to allow the chaos in in order for it to make a difference.
