I suppose I should explain my earlier post. Yesterday I learned my younger brother and I were adopted as infants. Our Mom and Dad dead. Found out when my brothers birth mother contacted him thru an agency. I contacted a trusted relative to find out what she knew, and she told me we both were adopted. My parents had sworn her to secrecy, but since they've passed she told me what little she knew.

My gracious I cannot imagine how hard that is to process—to learn in a day that your fundamental understanding has been different from the actual circumstances. I hope you and your brother are able to support each other as you absorb this news. 💜
