OK here's the problem. I'm trying to reactivate CS PRO. I click on the link and it takes me to the portal. I try to login but it comes back invalid. I ask for a reset link but I receive nothing.
Is the portal login, different from the regular CS log in? I can't remember.

@Eyebee Yes they are different, when you registered you were sent a link to create your Subscription Portal password.
