The #DeFacist plan:
1. State a "problem" and stoke anger
2. Create and sign vague laws
3. Attack critics and claim the vague laws you created don't do what they say they do
4. Let local governments, election boards, school boards, police react to the vague language to codify what you intended, but never actually put into the law
5. Relax, over 2 decades of Republican rule in Florida has stacked the courts. Losses in lower courts will be overturned.
6. Repeat with new target
