i just explained to a town wingnut that voting for the idiots that claim they will "cut taxes" means that when a disaster strikes NH again, we will not have the matching funds that the Fed gov. requires for disaster aid to the state. what we would get from FEMA depends a lot on what the state/county/town can match.
