Donald Trump lost a $50 million lawsuit yesterday for using Isaac Hayes, music and song “Hold On” at his rallies and refusing to stop doing it for copyright violations. Why wasn’t this a major headline. If Trump had won it would’ve been.

This is inaccurate, nobody awarded anyone any $50 million. The actual suit hasn't gone to trail and probably won't for some time.

What's happened is that Hayes' family got a restraining order to keep Moby Dickless from using Hayes' music in the future.

Don’t know “mr. Reynolds” but sadly there was no money awarded, just a cease and desist. The campaign can no longer use that song.
