@JailTheTrumps I am too but am so angry that Sinema & Manchin blocked us from being able to make changes that would have gone a long way toward preventing it from happening again. So much that needs changing is going to require super majorities in the house & Senate that we'll never manage to achieve due to the onerous election laws being implemented in repugnican controlled states & our corrupt SCOTUS allowing it to happen. We definitely need to add new requirements for eligibility to be POTUS!

@JailTheTrumps It definitely feels that way to me here in America and I don't believe there's truly anything that will reconcile the division. I know I want absolutely *nothing* to do with the MAGAts, RWNJs, bigots, misogynists, antisemites, delusionally ignorant, Christofascists, or white supremacists/nationalists that comprise a good 40% of our country now. Don't want to buy anything from them, pay for services rendered by them or support them in any way. I've had it.

@SunAcrossWater In other words they only briefly reported accurate numbers then changed how they listed the cause of deaths on death certificates to be the pre-existing condition that made the person more susceptible to death from COVID. DeathSantis is crooked as the day is long and I suspect the actual number of deaths from COVID are *much* higher than those they're claiming and much higher than those in CA.

@SunAcrossWater FL stopped reporting both case rates and mortality rates a very long time ago. DeathSantis actually fired the data scientist that used to calculate & publish the accurate figures because she refused to doctor them to appear lower. He even sent a goon squad to her home to confiscate her electronics and arrest her. They actually pointed guns at her kids! They also changed how reported deaths were considered to be from COVID by listing the comorbidity as the cause of death instead.
