So.. I have not bought a month of Netflix yet-at least partly because is only 5 episodes! That's not even a miniseries! But also because I'm watching Disney+ (Secret Invasion), Hulu (24), Paramount (Trek) and Prime (Citadel and Jack Ryan)

After those are over I'll get 1 month of Netflix, catch up on stuff and then cancel. I really resent their 'algorithm' style and their push for everything to be a miniseries. Yeah, some of their stuff is must see. But not 'must see right damn now'

Also, I don't watch stuff w subtitles or dubbing (Netflix MO). If I want to read a book, I won't turn on the TV to do it. I find it distracts from me watching the actors do their craft. Facials, physical acting is important to me.

Dubbing is not a good alternative for me. Since I like watching actors do their crafts, & look at their faces a lot, lips not matching words drives me nuts. Plus the vocals are someone else being dubbed over the actor which, again, disrupts observation of their craft.

@TrueBloodNet It pissed me off when they canceled Sense8. That was an amazing series. They definitely don't get the number of quality recent movie releases they used to. I blame that on all of the studios & networks starting their own streaming services. They do produce some great movies (OMG Don't Look Up was amazing) & series but definitely not the one stop entertainment shop it once was. Annoying they ended their DVD option but didn't decrease the price of their memberships that included it.
