@th3j35t3r this is a hard one (I didn’t see the feed first) bc writers use posts as windows to long form, just like newspaper subscribers who post their favorite articles
and a lot of readers like those feeds because depending on the writer, they have real value. Also there’s a lot of soft paywalls
maybe give creators a guidance of a 10:1 ratio of engagement & subscription links or something?
she seems totally willing to shift course and post differently i.e. to take direction ♥️
@th3j35t3r …on the flip side of that, I’d be totally fine trying out a platform that allowed for zero linking to anything, anywhere — i.e. what’s written in the post is it (radical!)
but I don’t see anyone going that far :- D
