Fact about me: I am not a terribly social person-I am one of those who has a "Social Battery". But, if I am walking and someone's dog comes up to me, I will definitely ask their human if I can say hello to the dogs...I am very much a "Tell your dog I said 'hi"' person, "Tell your cat I said 'pspspspsps'"person.
