Had a strange convo on the “other” platform. Apparently crying baby’s shouldn’t be in church because it distracts from the worship. I wonder who else we should exclude to sanitise our services? Adults with dementia? People with learning disabilities? Those with mental health challenges. Some churches seem to have drifted a long way from Jesus teachings!
All are welcome at All Saints by the way, and they come.

@Priestily churches I've seen and read about lately are NOTHING like any church I ever attended.
@Elliej420 I think we often read about the extremes of church (and everything else), because that’s what makes a good story. Churches and worship vary a great deal. The CofE is a broad church but Anglicanism is supposed to be a broad ecclesiology. I’ve worshipped and led in some very contrasting contexts!
