Just an FYI and not trying to be snarky. A lot of people here, myself included, don't follow back blindly. Psych doc appointment this morning - no changes in my meds, so yay. I had been stable for quite a few years and then had to stop taking lithium due to kidney issues. So far, so good. I would not have made it this far without the support of an amazing psych doc and therapist in addition to supportive family and friends. I wish everyone who has a mental illness could have the kind of support I have. I want y'all to know that it CAN get better and you CAN be ok. ❤️ #bipolar #mentalhealth
