That's certainly how the oligarchs and their paid politicians see it.
And far too many regular people fall for the argument that we should let business people run the government. Ruthlessly making money at other people's expense and aggrandising yourself is the diametric opposite of what government is supposed to do.
Public servants are supposed to serve people.
