Just reading the paper and came across this.
There's probably some finely nuanced argument against some of it, but I'm about done with nuance right now, so it seems like a pretty good list to be going on with.

Yup. He means the Australian Construction, Forestry and Maritime Employees Union, whose leadership has been dodgy for a long time, and seems objectively criminal:
