And, in the spirit of reciprocity, I will pledge not to stand in the way if Jupiter wants to keep orbiting around the sun because neither of us has any power whatsoever to do anything about either situation.
That's the whole point: he literally has nothing of substance to do with us except that his head's on some of the money 🤷♂️
Actually, the more I think about it ⬆️, I have more power than the King could ever have over whether Australia becomes a republic or not because, unlike him, I'm an Australian citizen and have to vote in any referendum.
Foreigners like His Maj can't get on the electoral roll and, therefore, can make whatever proclamations they like but ultimately have no substantive say in the matter. 👍
