I had to go to renew my driver's licence today. Couldn't renew online because they need a new picture and eye test every 10 years.

I was only there for 20 minutes all up, including the waiting time. It only took a few minutes to do the licence, but I also had to return an old E-toll tag, and that proved to be trickier for whatever reason.

All in all, it was a really good experience, so I wanted to make sure the excellent public servants at Service New South Wales got at least some praise 🤷‍♂️ 👍
