The Cure - A Forest
We played this song at a university band competition once in 1989 or 90, but our clever "artistic" trick was that only the bass player had ever heard it.
So we got a white bedsheet, spray-painted the chords on it, and then decided to add to the "art" by drawing the instrument we'd play out of a hat onstage. I got drums - literally the only available instrument that I'd never played before.
