Thats a direct contradiction to previous policy (inc Facebook) who didnt want the publisher liability.
Think its more becoming a PRIVATE MEMBERS CLUB really.
From my experience, they sure do fail on their Duty of Care, unlike the reactive measures I saw yesterday here which was quite impressive.
