Confusion is one of the joys of aging. What a day. I was scheduled for an endoscopy this morning and I screwed up the instructions by having a cup of coffee around 8am (thought it was allowed but that's only for a colonoscopy) so I had the choice of waiting 4 hours or rescheduling. Chose rescheduling and went home. The taxi that took me for the test was 10 minutes late. Several hours after getting home I went to use my phone - lost. Used Google to find it and had to go back to hospital.

Bummer. We’re so attached to mobiles these days. Is hard to imagine losing it but it happens.

I’ve lost a couple. First was when they first came out. I bought one so I would have it for a trip to LA. It fell off my belt at the gas station on the way out of town. Good thing I had my moms number in it. It was returned.
@DocLaing Yes indeed. Mine is a Pixel 4 and I can use my desktop to go to Google'd find my phone feature and it showed me right where it was :)
