Really sad after growing my hair for 2 + years i have to get it cut. It is thinning out, have to talk to Dr possible thyroid/old age issue. Natural curly always been light but not thin. Figure I will cut 4" to the middle of shoulders, layer. Love my long hair but got to cut it.😔😔 https://counter.social/media/LCvpnFQUa8GTB1-g4GE
@Desmblake It will be sooo much lighter. Your head will feel like a balloon. Oh, and it will look a lot thicker, of course, probably a lot more healthy! 😘 Pretty colour!
@citru5 thanks. It's time.
@Desmblake I'm afraid you're going to loooove it
@citru5 I hope I do
@Desmblake Yep. Flouncing. You'll just be flouncing and people will have to ask you to stop.
@Desmblake I've experienced something similar. From the looks of the ends, I gather that you don't trim. You need to take some if the weight off the strands, so they'll grow. Cut as short as you can stand. Every 8 weeks, trim about 1/2 inch. It'll grow better. Make sure you get 100% of your vit. A. Don't overdo. Toxic in excess. Still see the doctor, though. Good luck.
@Desmblake so long. I bet it will look great a little shorter. Will still be long.
@BethJ Thanks, thinking it was time. It is knotting more, hoping by cutting it it will get healthy again.
@Desmblake I want to cut mine shorter but I'm a scaredy cat.
@BethJ Yeah, me and short hair don't look good. I did bobs, so so bad..
@Desmblake that's my fear. Lol.
@BethJ Well from your pics it looks like shoulder length it looks beautiful. There was one lady at work that got her hair cut really short, long in the front with like a shelf in the back, looks really good. Thats just not me.
@Desmblake past shoulders but not a lot.
@BethJ It frames your face, i wouldn't change it. 😊
@Desmblake aww thank you.
@Desmblake type 2 diabetes can cause hair loss too. But usually the person is very thirsty as well. Hope you find the solution quickly!! Good thoughts coming your way!
