It's performance evaluation time at my job, the most demoralizing task I have. Gotta do 2 pages of self-evaluation with rankings, 1 being Grounds for Termination & 5 being Walks on Water.
If I over-rank myself, I come off as a narcissist. If I under-rank myself, I imply that my employer could do better with someone else. It feels like a Catch-22.
