That is weird. #Threads has banned #CounterSocial even though #CoSo is not in the #Fediverse.

I believe an AI is automatically banning sites as the flagship #Mastodon & #Misskey sites were previously banned (myself & others brought it to their attention & the sites were removed from the ban list).

All #Pixelfed sites (a federated version of #Instagram) are muted for not boasting a public feed.

I am seeing many of my friends & family using #Threads nowadays. Crazy!

I guess the good thing about #Treads by #Instagram launching is that it will probably hasten the demise of #Twitter.

That said, #Meta (aka #Facebook) is harvesting a lot of user data for a simple app.

July 6th is the launch date, although rumor has it that the app will embrace #ActivityPub (what allows #Fediverse apps like #Mastodon, #Pixelfed, etcetera, to talk to each other) in October.

Okay, so far I like it here. I do have my other Mastodon account on a self hosted instance/domain/server, but it’s good to see a place free from trolls.

Here is a fairly recent picture of me holding a Nalgene bottle (which I carry everywhere).

So I (re)signed up for Counter Social, upgraded to Pro & downloaded the iPad OS app only to receive this error @status (which surprised me). I have an iPad Pro & I am surprised the iPad app not only does not work on the Pro but the app does not support landscape mode. Will there be a fix for this‽
