Some may remember when was apart of the until many in the latter blocked for blocking IP addresses from countries sending waves of attack bots: countersocial.documize.com/s/c

Years later, I noticed some instances blocking those same countries (albeit temporarily), while some banned countries permanently: c.im/about

However, none of those were defederated. 🤔

Also, if CoSo was fully in the Fediverse, it would be a top 10 instance: darnell.day/fediverse-rankings

@Darnell

Thank you. I have had to defend before. This history helps me to be more factual (to the best of my ability to understand the terms). Have forwarded to my IT mgr son to explain.

@LnzyHou You're welcome! Yeah, is a great place. It's the 🇸🇬 of social networks.

Is it strict‽ Yes! But by being strict is able to keep out the trolls, spammers, criminals & those who spread false info.

@Darnell

I don’t think is strict with its members. I was called c*nt by another member. I reported and he got a warning. Very disappointing.

@LnzyHou Oh wow! That is awful! I do know that once people ignore a warning they are usually banned.

@Darnell

I blocked him immediately. Someone else told me he was warned only.
