@AkomoCombine I tried to play Conan Exiles years ago. I liked it, but the grind was too much. After 50 hours I could barely make a stone knife that would break instantly, died from exposure all the time because I didn't have any clothes, and people with much better gear would murder me endlessly.

I've wanted to write this book for... maybe 15 years. I just never had the drive, or the skills maybe. I don't know what held me back. One thing I do know, is that the old me didn't have anything to say. But now I cant keep it inside anymore. Its spilling out of me. There is a voice screaming "Do you see this shit too?!"

I needed to wait. Now is the right time.

@DWDavis yeah, but they LOVE being those things. They take it as a compliment. These are resume builders for a promising career in politicss.

I want something that makes them cringe when they hear it. Something deeply embarrassing and true that sends them into a spiral of anger and shame.

@JanGoesWriting that sounds like a good number of characters. Did you find it difficult to manage? And did it effect the readability of the story?

I've heard so much advise from those "dont do this, I have the answers" people who say not to have more than 4 main characters. I've always taken it with a heaping tablespoon of salt.
