I also felt a similar conflict... but like, last year. I liked the products tesla was making/planning to make. Electric vehicles, semi trucks, modular smart houses. I remember thinking, "I like what his companies are making, but what does he have to be such a douche?"

Now I don't give a shit about tesla, let it burn, GM and ford will do just fine from here. Thanks for the push, Elon, but we don't need you anymore. Bye
