@SterlingWright true. Actions speak louder than words. I would have rather seen an attempt to pay reparations. I think he offered to do anything he could to help salvage her career... but after 10 years of self doubt and lost wages, its not much of an offer.

I guess I wanted to believe it was genuine and that it somehow made a difference. I hoped it would pave a path for other abusers to right their wrongs. But it only makes them feel better and does nothing to rectify the damage done.
