@CriticalCupcake I think those scenarios can work, if people have solid relationships, a good sharing of responsibilities and reward.

But the relationship dynamic of who's who in a company and family or tribe can conflict with the ones from a business.

And you can end up pulled by two missions, your relationship with the people and what the business wants.

I've seen some bad blood happen, but I've also seen tight-knit family and friend groups do great things.
